what timber was used for the tongue and groove porch ceiling? paint?

I am interested in this ceiling for a porch and continuing inside into an indoor pool room so water resistance v important!

    It was not a timber product but instead a sheet product from Nantucket Beadboard. They offer a variety of options for interior and exterior applications. The paint is a standard exterior latex. Good luck!
