My sitting and dinning room are confined in one small space. Besides the idea of replacing my six seater dinning set(rectangular table) with a 4 seater round table, is it possible to do away with a dining area completely and still enjoy the sitting room?
I need a dining table, I have 2 young children and we sit at the table every evening for a family meal together. Not everyone is in the same situation though, so how often do you use the table?
It looks like the armchairs can get pushed over a bit too.
Could the long sofa go against that left side window, might offer more room
Thnx Ellie, that's my challenge here. My children do have their meals at the table and we get to use it as a whole family when we are all home. This particular one I feel, is taking up more space than it should. I would love to have a bookshelf, sideboard, lamp and potted plant in the room and I don't know how it would all fit without resizing the dinning area. I should push the couch tmrw n let you know how to that works out.
