Industrial pipe shelf for a living room - where to get them ?

I wanted to ask if there are any place in UK where I can get industrial pipes for shelves in a living room as the one shown in the first picture here against the brick wall .

From what i have seen ( 2nd picture ) there are several industrial/ scaffolding pipes available in the market but to me they look too bulky and overbearing .Any idea what are the thinner pipes below called if we look to get these pipes and the wood separately and ask a builder to put them together for us ?
