Help wanted - trying to reconfigure rooms to accommodate an ensuite

Hi all
Would really love some help with something.
We are building a house this October and have finalized the plans but I’m hoping to change the layout upstairs and would love suggestions of how to reconfigure these two rooms to accommodate one ensuite bathroom in either room? Do you think it will be too small? I really want the bathroom to have a window also.
Any suggestions or advice would be hugely appreciated.
