new rental house -living room advice

Hello guys,
Sadly I sold my house, and now I have to move to a rental accommodation.
I would like to ask your advice on how to find the best color scheme for walls paint in the living room that will also function as my office.
I can’t change the furnitures, cause are coming with the rental.
Couches are black faux leather, and the cabinets etc are brown medium oak, laminate light brown.
My desk is white gloss as well as office chair is white.
I usually love bright airy spaces, with light greyish tones.
I add here a couple of palette that I found on Pinterest, could you advise on what in your opinion will match better the furniture? Or you might have better ideas, for sure ;-)
