When I first visited the apartment I was struck by its elegance and ample space. You could tell that the spaces were designed to be abundant: two large living rooms connected by an elegant entrance hall and a second large distributing space, along with three decent-sized bedrooms, an office and two bathrooms. The only exception was the kitchen, which was tiny and looked more like a utility room than a place to cook and gather.
