Hi
We're building a new outbuilding to house a water cylinder, washing machine and general store room. It will have 2 windows and a door.
It crossed my mind that - maybe in the future and subject to planning - we could convert it into self contained accommodation (for my aging mother).
What would you say is the smallest viable living space? It needs to be 3.5m but the length can be as long as it needs to be.
Just need enough space for single bedroom, lounge/kitchenette, toilet/shower.
How long o you think I should build this?
Thankyou!
Jonathan
