Hi Anna, we know nothing about this room, but we do know radiators and if this room is say 3metres x 3metres and 2metres high, has an insulated loft above it and a heated room below it, then it would require around 1000BTUs to heat it adequately.
Not knowing what brand of radiator that is in the image, I can't be too sure, but I do know that a radiator in our store of the same design and similar size offers around 2,200 BTUs, which will be more than enough to heat this space.
If you are looking to heat a room of a similar size to this and you are unsure of your BTU requirements, please take a look at our BTU Calculator and you should be able to narrow down the output that you need to get toasty and warm.
As for the image above, as I say, looking at the kind of radiator it is and estimating the size of the room, I would wager that the lovely little rad in the picture would be more than enough to warm this space up nicely.
@ Anna Page : The rad is the reccomended size, the client didn't want them too big. The ceiling above is insulated and there is insulation below too, and with a new winodow installed, it didn't get cold from what I have been told after the client moved in.
