Thank you for your response. I have a kitchen whose cabinets are the color of the island....a deep chocolate brown with a very slight hint of red. I have been looking for the longest time for granite but the colors often clash or the slab is just too busy. I like busy (for instance, I LOVE Alaska white, but my kitchen is so small that I fear a busy slab will be very overpowering. I never thought to look at the Giallo because I thought it was too common, but it actually looks quite nice here.
