What is the wall paint colour in this room please?

I've similar colours in a sitting room (mostly large feature painting with gold frame) and also have a very large rug with the same pink and purple colours as in this photo. I've a beige carpet, and very dark brown suite. I'm now deciding on curtain pole, curtain fabric and paint colour for the walls.

We just painted a color called "Latte" over the dark red walls in our place and we keep thinking that someone left the light on! It adds that much light to the place as the red was just sucking out any light in the place. Find a color you like more for that wall and repaint...and/or maybe add a ceramic tile backsplash? It will make it feel brighter in there immediately as you will get a lot of light reflection. I love the idea of sage green with your cabinets.

I want to paint my kitchen walls inclusive of where the presses are so the wall with the window and the wall to the right. The island is a sage colour. I am thinking a very light heather colour so the kitchen will tie in with the living room (pic2) & get a rug for under the finish table to link the two. Any opinions?
