Help with paint colour please

I have just had a dark north facing narrow entrance hall painted in Great White (F&B) and the inside of a stained glass hall door painted Lace Glove (Colourtrend) . I do not like the effect of the 'ice white' look from the Great White around the door and have now asked the painter to paint just that area with a deeper pink colour (Romance by Fleetwood) to match one of the colours in the stained glass. I now think it looks too pink! Another sample pot which I haven't used but very similar colour is Cinder Rose (F&B). Any suggestions as to what would warm up the area surrounding the hall door? Could you provide some picture of what you have so far? From what you have described I would probably go with a warm grey or light brown to match the veins in your floor. Good luck!

Consider going with tone on tone textured tiles. Keep it classical. Sometimes you can introduce a slightly darker contrasting grout color to accentuate the tile shape or design. The new trend is moving away from the subway tile look, it might date the kitchen in a short period of time. I would select your back splash tile before selecting the paint color. Paint colors I always select last, it is what pulls everything together.

I recommend glass subway tile as a backsplash in a staggered pattern. It comes in amazing variety of colors. Take several samples home to see how they work with your granite. Your choices sound quite beautiful so trust your gut.
