tiny budget bungalow refit

we have a grant size 1970 3 bed irish bungalow 1400sqft which i call the irish lego block but was all the budged allow as housing bubble was starting to explode 11 years ago now have 3 children attic to low to convert unless you want to loose a room down stairs and get long narrow room up stairs where is a good place to look at designs plans for ideas
