I guess the paint is soaking into the grout. You will need to sand the grout lines down I guess to give a straight line. Alternatively, go over them with a decorators caulk??
We had a similar problem with a black grout on a ceiling that was to be painted white. I would love to hear what the pro decorators recommend.
