In the ongoing quest to sell our house, carpets are needing replacing should I replace with Wood Floor, I'm scared that it will be too much wood with pine cathedral ceiling or should I leave as is for potential new owner?

Comments (1)I think you will need a carpet runner in the hallway to reduce noise from either wood or tile. I would definitely use tile in the kitchen and bathroom, for ease of cleaning. Wearing rubber soled shoes instead of high-heeled shoes or boots indoors will also keep the noise level down....See MoreChristine Hayes
