Kitchen/Dining dimensions...

Hi, it's me again. Ok, so I just LOVE Ester!!!
Trying to incorporate the master bathroom into our plans as we speak!
Also, could you please tell me the dimensions of the kitchen, dining space and the island dimensions?
Would love an island that could seat 5 like this!!

I think I would have one set off steps down and move the dividing presses to the side where your sink is, making it a peninsula. That would make for a nice L shaped banquette seating area where your blank wall is, and the gallery backdrop would be great there. You could also have a nice long table as opposed to the small square one. I also hope you don't mind me saying that I think you need to reconsider the placement of your hob. It's right beside a door which will be awkward and you have your back to the room when entertaining. You will have such a nice kitchen that you should make the most of it for entertaining. Even you consider putting it on the island facing the dining area?

Have lots of space and am looking for 8 seater min, with perhaps extending to 10. Rectangular or Circular, but think rectangular would work best. Kitchen pic is of showroom, my kitchen is being fitted at the moment. I have wood effect tiles in bleached blonde on the floor and have chosen a very modern over table light. Thanks in advance.

Hi All, I've recently purchased a new home and am trying to work out best way to maximise space in the kitchen/dining/living area. The image shows room size/shape. Kitchen layout in left section is flexible. More than likely L shaped along outside wall and across window. Would like the larger area to the right to become a dining / living space if possible, as the room is quiet bright. What style layout would suit this? Is it too much for this space?
