Exterior paint colour dilemma

Our house has always been white and we like the white but the plinth has been changed recently to terracotta to match new paving.

Any ideas on main body of house colour? House is on elevated site so when sun shines the white looks good, is any other colour likely to give the same effect?

If you like the white, paint over the plinth. If you like the plinth, choose a warm white or go to a darker taupe. Can't quite tell the roof color.

Taupe would look lovely with the black trim, also. You can go as light or dark as you like, but I like a medium tone. Paint a sample on the wall before purchasing the large amount needed to paint the entire house.

I would go for a stone colour so not too dissimilar to what you've got. Little Greene does a good stone colour too but will work out a bit expensive. This is Oxford stone by farrow and ball. If you were doing the windows and front door then maybe an old white with door and windows in french grey

Hi, I am having trouble deciding what colour to paint my new home, I would like to keep the cottage / farm feel. I have just started cleaning the roof which turned out to be a red asbestos slate of which im thinking of painting black or slate grey.
