first home renovation help please!

Hi guys, we just move to our first home, we are looking to renovate our living room, we bought a new sofa in grey, I would love some advice with the wall color and decorations. I posted to pictures how the room looks like now and the new sofa.Thank you!

Comments (4)The back splash is certainly taste specific. If you are going to remodel in the spring, I certainly wouldn't spend a lot though. I have never done this myself, but I am pretty sure you can paint the tiles. That would be a huge improvement. Here is a blog that addresses that project. Comments (3)Hi - its such a big and important project, i really think you need to sit down with a good kitchen designer and fully tease out your requirements and then look at every possible layout option. by sitting down with someone, they will draw each possible layout to scale in front of you and that way you will be able to see the pros and cons of each design. it makes decision making much easier best of luck with the project Barry...See Morehelp please finishing kids bathroom.
